Fees and charges disclosed in merchant application/agreements.
Zero-Fee and Cash Discount Programs provided in compliance with law.
Funding timelines vary based on processors and banks.
4. Financing & Lending Services
Financing or cash advance approval not guaranteed.
Terms set forth in individual financing agreements.
5. Point-of-Sale (POS) & Technology Solutions
CBS offers POS systems (e.g., Clover®, Valor®, Lavu®).
Logos and names remain property of their owners.
CBS is an independent reseller, not endorsed by POS manufacturers.
6. Intellectual Property
CBS logos, taglines, and materials are CBS property.
No reproduction or distribution without consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
Services provided “as is.”
CBS not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
No guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify CBS, its officers, employees, and partners against claims arising from your use of Services or violations of these Terms.
9. Termination
CBS may terminate Services for violations. Clients may terminate with written notice as outlined in merchant agreements.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New York. Disputes resolved in courts of New York County, NY.
11. Changes to Terms
CBS may update Terms periodically. Updates posted on website with new effective date. Continued use indicates acceptance.
